JH-601 is a neutral cleaning agent formulated through the co-polymerization of refined surfactants, penetrants, emulsifiers, and various auxiliaries. This unique composition ensures an effective cleaning process, targeting stubborn viscous deposits found on the surface of dryer fabrics.
It delivers excellent penetration performance, allowing it to reach and remove complex residues from the dryer fabric. This makes JH-601 highly efficient for cleaning during both downtime and operational periods of the paper machine.
Using JH-601 helps enhance the air permeability of the dryer fabric and extends its lifespan. By maintaining a clean drying section, it significantly reduces the chances of paper sheet breakage caused by sticky deposits, resulting in more stable paper quality throughout production.

Applications:
The recommended dosage is between 0.1 and 0.3 kilograms for each square meter of the dryer fabric. This ensures optimal performance and effectiveness.
Prior to application, it is important to dilute the product with water at a ratio of 5 to 10 times. The diluted solution should then be sprayed directly onto the surface of the dryer fabric while the paper machine is operating at a crawl speed.
After applying the solution and running the machine for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, the dryer fabric must be thoroughly cleaned using high-pressure water to remove any residues and maintain fabric quality.
